Job Description:

  • Fixed Term Contract through Oct 2026
  • Excellent WFH policy. Based near Cannon Hill
  • Competitive remuneration package on offer.
  • The Company

Join a leading Australian manufacturing and industrial business with a diverse footprint and strong commercial momentum. The organisation is known for its innovation, operational scale, and commitment to continuous improvement across its national portfolio. As part of a high-performing finance function, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a fixed-term contract through to October 2026, with potential for permanency.

    The Role

    • Build and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling cash flow projections.
    • Deliver high-quality financial performance reports, including monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
    • Lead month-end processes and variance analysis, ensuring insights are timely, accurate, and actionable.
    • Consolidate business unit reports and support the preparation of board and executive-level reporting packs.
    • Coordinate capital forecasts and contribute to the delivery of strategy and budget planning cycles.
    • Strengthen financial controls and support continuous improvement in reporting systems and processes.
    • Provide analysis and commercial insights to support operations, inventory management, and working capital decisions.
    About You

You’re a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with at least five years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis or management reporting roles—ideally within manufacturing, industrial services, or a similarly complex operational environment.

You’re commercially minded, with strong Excel and modelling skills and a good command of large ERP systems (such as SAP). Your ability to partner with stakeholders across the business allows you to deliver impactful reporting that drives performance.

You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and take a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvements. Experience supporting strategic planning and executive reporting will be highly regarded.
