Job Description:

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting cycles
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial insight and strategy
  • Drive process improvement and elevate FP&A capability across the business
  • Join a high-performing, forward-thinking organisation where finance truly drives business performance. This role sits within a central FP&A function supporting senior management across a complex, multi-project environment — offering exposure to strategy, performance analysis, and commercial decision-making at scale.

    The Opportunity

As Senior Finance Analyst, you will act as a key business partner to executive and operational leaders — translating numbers into insights, shaping financial decisions, and supporting planning across multiple business units.

    You’ll play a hands-on role in:
    • Leading monthly and annual forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting cycles
    • Preparing insightful management reports and presentations for senior leadership
    • Driving variance analysis and providing commentary to explain key performance drivers
    • Supporting cost allocation, overhead management, and project cost modelling
    • Identifying and implementing process and reporting improvements to enhance FP&A capability

    About You

You’re an analytically strong finance professional who enjoys solving problems and influencing outcomes. You combine technical capability with commercial curiosity, and can confidently communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

    To be successful, you’ll bring:
    • Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or cost analysis in a complex business
    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/CPA preferred)
    • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (ERP experience highly regarded)
    • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to partner at all levels
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to work across multiple priorities

    Why Join

You’ll be joining a globally connected organisation with genuine career development pathways, flexible working options, and a collaborative, high-performance culture.

    Benefits include:
    • Flexible and hybrid work options
    • Study assistance and professional development support
    • Employee incentive program
    • Global career mobility and progression opportunities
