Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with Fund Managers across middle and back office functions.
• Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform holdings and cash reconciliations with custodians and administrators.
• Process and review corporate actions, and manage unit price reconciliations and approvals.
• Oversee the administration of a range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private debt, and derivatives.
• Manage workflows and approvals, while supporting ad-hoc duties as required by management.
• Proactively identify operational risks and inefficiencies, implementing process improvements and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring consistency in operational practices.

• Proven experience in investment operations, funds management, or financial markets.
• A strong understanding of investment operations with systems expertise (IRESS, Bloomberg, Excel preferred).
• Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player, committed to contributing to the success and growth of the business.
• Relevant experience in equities, fixed income, private debt, and derivatives would be advantageous.
