About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee enterprise-wide transformation programs that drive operational and strategic change. This is a hands-on delivery role with strong business engagement, governance, and structure-building elements. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are scoped, planned, and executed effectively, embedding consistent project disciplines and frameworks across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and systems projects
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and controls
- Partner with executives and business leaders to define and realise outcomes
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships to ensure quality delivery
- Drive alignment across streams, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale projects or programs
- Strong background in governance, frameworks, and delivery assurance
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all organisational levels
- Confident managing concurrent initiatives with minimal oversight
- Experience in technology-enabled transformation desirable
