  • Leading transport infrastructure business based in Southern Sydney on the lookout for an experienced Site Administrator to join the team to oversee daily operations and support the Contract Administrators.

    We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our construction sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination, safety compliance, and administrative support, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

    The Role: 
    • Manage daily site operations and coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
    • Maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports
    • Process and track materials, equipment orders, and deliveries
    • Coordinate site meetings and document meeting minutes
    • Ensure proper documentation of project changes and work orders
    • Maintain comprehensive project files and documentation
    • Track labour hours, equipment usage, and material consumption
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
    • Manage project photography and documentation for progress tracking
    • Serve as liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients
    • Handle visitor registration and site access control
    • Coordinate with local authorities and inspection agencies
    • Provide administrative support to project management team
    About You:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety regulations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred
