The Role:
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports
- Process and track materials, equipment orders, and deliveries
- Coordinate site meetings and document meeting minutes
- Ensure proper documentation of project changes and work orders
- Maintain comprehensive project files and documentation
- Track labour hours, equipment usage, and material consumption
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Manage project photography and documentation for progress tracking
- Serve as liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients
- Handle visitor registration and site access control
- Coordinate with local authorities and inspection agencies
- Provide administrative support to project management team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred
