Our client is a fast-growing company in the renewable energy space undertaking a major systems transformation program, with NetSuite ERP at the centre. Having successfully completed the first phase of implementation, they are now seeking an experienced Systems Manager to lead the final stages of rollout and drive ongoing innovation across finance and operations.

About the Role

The Systems Manager will take ownership of the NetSuite platform, ensuring a smooth Phase 2 delivery while maximising the system’s potential for the wider business. Beyond NetSuite, this role will also play a key part in shaping the client’s future systems roadmap, including FP&A tools, Power BI, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite Implementation
  
  • Phase 1 (financial reporting) is now live.
  • Phase 2 (Accounts Payable migration) is underway with a target go-live in November 2025.
• Immediate Priorities
  
  • Partner with the business to unlock NetSuite’s advanced reporting, analytics, AI, and customisation features.
  • Lead Phase 2 delivery by building a robust testing program, engaging stakeholders, securing approvals, and supporting post-go-live activities.

• Demonstrated experience leading NetSuite ERP implementations .
• Strong understanding of finance systems and processes.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, delivery, and change management.
