About the Role:
We are looking for a switched-on, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to jump into our client's People & Culture team. You'll own the entire recruitment journey from start to finish, hunting down the best talent in the market and creating exceptional candidate experience.
- Consult hiring managers on recruitment preferences and needs
- Ensuring you are providing a high-quality candidate experience throughout
- Maintaining accurate records and candidate CRM
- Job postings across different platforms, including Seek and Linked In
- Organising calendar invites for initial candidate screenings
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders seamlessly
You're the recruitment guru we've been searching for – someone who can dive straight in and make magic happen from day one.
- At least 3 + years in recruitment - agency or internal
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to liaise with Senior Stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Knowledge and proven experience in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Seek etc)
