We are seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant
to provide support to a busy professional services team during a 5-week leave coverage period. This is a great opportunity to step into a collaborative, professional environment and add value immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of professionals
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist with filing, data entry, and database management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in an administration, team assistant, or coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail
- A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to work independently
- Duration: 5 weeks (covering leave)
- Location: Brisbane CBD
- Start Date: Immediate/ASAP
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
