In this Team Assistant role, you’ll be the face of the business, supporting a senior leadership team with calendar management, travel coordination, expenses and events while also managing front of house.
We’re looking for a true all-rounder who is proactive, personable and professional –someone with initiative and the confidence to take ownership of their role.
We want someone who sees this role as more than just a job. In the long term, this role can evolve into an Executive Assistant position, or potentially open doors to other areas of the business depending on your interests and career aspirations.
Why you’ll love it:
- You’ll be seen as a pivotal part of the team, not just support in the background
- Work in a premium CBD office environment with exposure to senior leaders
- A role with genuine progression opportunities, where your career can evolve over time
- Provide trusted, high-level support to senior leaders and the wider team
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and domestic/international travel
- Support with events, catering, and office coordination
- Oversee facilities, common areas, and suppliers to keep the office running seamlessly
- Manage reception and front of house, greeting clients and ensuring a polished and professional environment
- Previous experience in a team assistant or administrative role within a corporate environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confident, proactive and solutions-focused – someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional presentation and a personable, approachable manner
If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in being the reliable, trusted backbone of a team, and you’re looking for a role where you’ll be valued for it – we’d love to hear from you.
