About the Role
You will serve as a critical support function for the Investor Relations department, facilitating flawless delivery of communications and operational activities surrounding client engagement.
This position forms the foundation of their Australian IR operations, contributing to sustained investor trust and efficient processes.
- Oversee and structure client databases and relationship management platforms
- Collaborate with fund administration partners to monitor and organise client paperwork including confidentiality agreements, investment documents, and regulatory compliance files
- Arrange client meetings, presentation tours, and conference calls
- Develop presentation resources and post-meeting correspondence
- Facilitate delivery of client reports, market updates, and informational materials
- Maintain uniformity across all investor-facing communications
- Support responses to client questions and requests
- Review and refine investor correspondence for accuracy
- Assist with organising and implementing client gatherings
- Coordinate with external suppliers and oversee operational details
- Monitor attendance confirmations and handle event communications
- Partner with regulatory and legal departments to preserve comprehensive client files
- You will have 3–5 years relevant professional experience, preferably within investment management or financial sectors
- Outstanding precision and systematic approach to work
- Excellent relationship-building and written/verbal communication capabilities
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with client relationship management platforms preferred
- Pleasant, cooperative personality with an energetic work style
