We are currently looking for a Trust officer to join a team of 20 across Sydney and Melbourne on a 6-month fixed term contract. Given the size of the business and team, there are multiple career opportunities within.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing invoice processes, ensuring all payments are allocated accurately
- Billings, collections and receipting
- Trust accounting and reconciliation
- Motivation and drive for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in AR or with Trust accounts
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Maintaining a professional approach in all interactions.
- Exposure to high volume, transactional environment
