Our client is a respected freight forwarder and customs brokerage operating out of Brisbane's northern suburbs. Known for their operational excellence and strong team culture, they're expanding their warehouse operations and looking for a reliable Storeman to support their continued growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on the efficient handling and movement of cargo. You'll work alongside operations and customer service teams to ensure goods are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle receiving, storing, packing, and unpacking of goods
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and vehicles
- Accurately label, mark, and prepare items for dispatch
- Support delivery operations and participate in Quarantine inspections
- Move and transport goods within the warehouse and yard areas
- Uphold workplace safety standards and maintain attention to detail
- Hold a current driver's licence and forklift licence (Hi-Reach experience highly valued)
- Detail oriented with a strong commitment to safety
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
