The role:
- This is a full time, onsite position based in Scoresby
- Monday to Friday. Hours are either 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional later finishes to support events.
- The position starts immediately
- 6 months with a very strong chance of permanency.
- Managing reception and front desk operations
- Greeting visitors and assisting with contractor check in and inductions
- Coordinating couriers and deliveries
- Meeting room set up, resets and general workplace presentation
- Administrative support across the workplace experience function
- Kitchen and supplies top ups, ensuring all shared spaces are tidy and welcoming
- Supporting events where required
- Being a trusted point of contact for employees onsite
- Previous experience in reception, corporate concierge, facilities or workplace support
- Strong communication and people skills with a polished, professional presentation
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities and staying calm under pressure
- Confident with admin tasks and general systems
- Reliable, proactive and customer focused
- Ability to commit to full time onsite work
- National Police Check will be required
- Work within a premium onsite environment
