Job Description
Working within a large finance team, this role will provide financial support to a number of properties within their portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and transact the properties loan schedules in-line with investment accounting methodology.
- Prepare annual budgets for all properties and regrowth forecasts
- Undertake monthly review of results and variances
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for each property
- Analysis for stakeholders in order for leaders to make strategic decisions
- Assist in month end processing, including data imports, accruals and cost distribution journals as required
- Assist in the preparation of the end of month reports
