Job Description

Our client is one of the largest Aged Care providers in Australia. They are looking for a temporary Administration Officer to assist while they recruit for the role on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Reception duties; answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors, sigining in and checking vaccinations
  • Assisting with tours of the facilities for visitors
  • Email correspondence
  • Assisting with input of invoices
Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Super communication skills with a friendly and helpful disposition
  • Ability to prioritise workload

This role will be 9-5 p.m., Monday - Friday for 6-8 weeks initially. $35/hour plus super. Please note successful candidate will be required to undergo a police check.
