Job Description
The Role:
This opportunity will involve day to day administration of a well-renowned aged care facility, at their Maroochydore location.
- Reception duties; answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors, sigining in and checking vaccinations
- Assisting with tours of the facilities for visitors
- Email correspondence
- Assisting with input of invoices
The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years in admin/reception, with experience in aged care highly regarded. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, due to the nature of the position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
