- Our client is a Not-For-Profit organisation in the Community Housing space on the lookout for a permanent Application Support Analyst

Your Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HMS (Housing Management System)
- Triage user issues related to HMS (Housing Management System)
- Resolve first level HMS (Housing Management System) issues
- Escalate to the HMS systems vendor or IT where required and manage escalated issues through to resolution
- Provides timely escalation of issues and ensures they are delivered within agreed service levels
- Assist with the analysis, assessment, and recommendation of changes within the HMS
- Test releases and changes to the HMS
- Monitor operational processes in the HMS
- Stays abreast of the business environment and has a good understanding of the business context under which the HMS operates
- Work with minimal supervision and set day-to-day priorities
- Undertake all duties in a professional, efficient, and effective manner.
- Experience in providing software application systems support relevant
- Experience in providing first or second level user support
- Ability to use tools associated with Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise and negotiate with staff at all levels
- Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills in resolving problems while maintaining a highly diverse workload
