The Chief Financial Officer is set to play a crucial role in executing the firm's global strategy by developing a world-class finance function, as well as honing & harnessing it's IR, Corporate Development and Technology capabilities. 

Your core remit will be to develop the finance team and drive improvements via effective change management and people management, all whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of regulatory, statutory, risk and governance requirements.

Furthermore, you will oversee the board reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and delivery of business cases to meet growth objectives. Whilst your exceptional stakeholder engagement capability will be put to good use, not least of all in your interaction with institutional investors, analysts, major clients and the like.

Your commercial acumen will come into play in the provision of strategic decision support to the CEO and Board, on matters such as mergers & acquisitions or the development & refinement of strategy.

You are a CA/CPA qualified CFO, with proven experience at the helm of a mid cap ASX-listed business, preferably in the financial services space. You're a true leader, with a natural ability to collaborate, influence and innovate and a background in managing large, multi-functional (preferably geographically-spread) teams.
