- Our client is a large NFP organisation on the lookout for a Digital Business Analyst to join on a permanent basis.
- $110k - $140k + Super

Your Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have a metrics/data-driven analytical mindset of constantly measuring success and driving continuous improvement in tools, content, and programs.
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap of improvements, aligned to the B2C customer and company strategy.
- Lead discussions with product owner and/or business partners (i.e. Internal Stakeholders, Scheme and B2C scheme participant users) to understand the current process, technologies and systems, the root cause of the problems and then brainstorm solution scenarios.
- Interacting with customers with the intention of understanding, documenting, and analysing their business requirements.
- Support UI / UX designer with providing requirements, and if needed create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, end-to-end user journeys, process maps for mobile and web applications.
- Data analysis – Creatively obtain and vet data, develop and execute quantitative analyses with data, cross-check results to identify potential inconsistencies or limitations.
- Experience in a Digital Support, Business Analyst or UX role.
- Experience in business optimization, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles with progressive responsibility.
- Problem structuring – Identify key issues, develop hypotheses and methodology to verify or refute them
- Experienced in both lean and agile methodologies, familiarity with Atlassian Jira, Kanban, Confluence
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and MS PowerBI (Nice to Have).
