Job Description
Reporting into the CFO, you will initially be responsible for managing the year end process for the firm. You will also be required to improve processes and improve efficiency around month end reporting and year end process.
In addition you will drive an Aderant System upgrade which will involve being the key contact between the business and IT.
Finally you will be responsible for bringing Payroll back in-house as it is currently being outsourced.
To be considered for this role you will be a proven Senior Accountant / Finance Manager with experience managing and driving projects through to completion. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement and outstanding communication skills. You will ideally have previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment. Any previous exposure to the Aderant system will be highly regarded.
