You will be required to drive and execute the finance workstreams of the business transformation projects for the business, including transition of finance functions, ERP and dependent system implementations as well as process standardisation.
You will act as a liaison between national divisions to ensure timely delivery of the projects by ensuring all project deliverables required from the team are met timely in conjunction with relevant stakeholders in the business. You will ensure that interdependencies between the Finance streams, Business streams and National streams are managed appropriately at all times without detrimental impact.
In addition you will manage project timelines with Group Accounting team to ensure no slippage to project go-live dates. You will engage and coordinate resources to meet all project requirements and milestones including engaging people and teams, coordinating workshop resources, driving actions to meet key deliverables. You will also support the Group Accounting team in ensuring requirements and input into Group process, and system designs are incorporated into the projects.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum 4 years’ experience in project management in the areas of finance and accounting or related ERP areas. Professional qualification in Accounting (CA or CPA) will be highly desirable.
