- CA/CPA essential, Big 4/property/funds experience preferred

- Up to c. $130K package, plus bonus
You'll be assisting with the delivery of the consolidated half-year and year-end stat accounts, preparation of the monthly financials, investor reporting, internal controls, tax compliance and other ad hoc reporting.
There will also be ongoing involvement in a range of projects and process improvement initiatives, as well as other ad hoc reporting and technical matters as they arise.
You are a technically proficient, ambitious, academically accomplished and commercially astute Chartered Accountant, making your 1st step into commercial from a Big 4 or mid-tier audit/business services firm, or coming out of a similar role in another listed entity (preferably funds or real estate).
