You'll have ownership of the asset-level P&Ls, as well as budgeting, forecasting, review and analysis of actuals (including commentary) and other ad hoc analysis and reporting when required.
You'll also be involved in capital management, benchmarking and providing support around process improvement initiatives, including systems.
You have a background in the commercial property sector either as an Analyst, Property Accountant, Management Accountant or similar. You will also have excellent communication skills, strong Excel skills and a keenness to move away from month end prep and more into review, analysis and business partnering.
