The Organisation 
Our client is a leading agribusiness with operations across Queensland. After a seasonal performance they haven't seen in several years, they now have a newly created role for an experienced HR professional to join the group. 

The role will be responsible for workforce planning, talent management, performance management, grievance & IR/ER coaching, and execution of cultural initiatives. The role will also spearhead the roll out of their international talent sourcing program and review and develop a new remuneration and benefits program alongside the manager. 

This role is being offered on a remote WFH basis with occasional travel required out to site or head office on an ad hoc basis. 

The Role

Key duties will include;
  • Work with operational management to establish ongoing labour requirements for core, flexible and causal engagement
  • Establish reliable talent pipelines to meeting operational objectives from both domestic and international markets.
  • Coordinate the annual cultural survey administration and executions. Work with the Manger to establish key departmental focus areas and drive cultural KPIs within departments.
  • In collaboration with the L&D team, assist in the implementation and management of training programs.
  • Ongoing review of awards and contracts to ensure the business is engaging employee in the most effective manner.
  • Assist the Manager in the executions of company KPI and STI cycles.
  • Assist the Manger with the executions of the annual remuneration review cycle and drive consistency and transparency throughout the process.
  • Partner with department management to execute learning and development initiatives
  • P&C Department projects and initiatives required.

About You
Ideally you will hold a Bachelors qualification in Business or Human Resources (or equivalent hands on experience) with several years exposure in a HR role focused on the areas of workforce planning, talent management, performance management and IR/ER support. Experience with visa coordination or international talent sourcing programs will be highly regarded, particularly within the agriculture or relatable industry.
