Provide multinational logistics support, inventory management and administration.
Duties include:
- Coordinating customer orders
- Purchase orders
- Supplier invoicing
- Data entry
- Liaising with clients and customers.
- Preparing documentation
- Compliance
- Ad hoc general administration
- 5+ years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a professional services firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate SAP experience.
- Inventory Coordination/Management experience.
- International compliance experience
- Professional approach to work with ability to work in a team
