Job Description
Your remit will include analytical support around acquisitions & divestments, development analysis, modelling, valuations and fund analytics.
You will also play a key role in the Investor reporting and other ad hoc analysis and projects as and when they arise.
You are an up-and-coming Analyst, with a relevant tertiary qualification, with strong modelling & analytics experience and excellent communication skills. Commercial real estate experience desirable. Could also suit a 1st mover from advisory, vals, modelling, TS etc.
