Job Description
Our client is a leading services organisation looking to continue the development of their in house Marketing & Communications team at a group level. They have a newly created role responsible for the strategic planning and the delivery & execution of their Marketing strategy for one of their business units.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Divisional CEO, you will be responsible for leading the marketing function across a group of brands within the Industrial division.
- Develop annual strategic marketing plans across the division
- Develop, coordinate, execute and measure high-quality and strategic marketing campaigns that are designed to meet business goals
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to test and evolve lead nurturing tactics, achieving marketing attribution visibility in the funnel
- Provide hands-on support with the redevelopment and improvement of brand messaging & design on multiple channels, including website and social media
- Design and deliver EDM campaigns and other database engagement activities
- Develop an understanding of short- and long-term brand goals and planned initiatives, mapping out annual marketing strategies for each brand
- Liaise with external suppliers (copywriters, designers, media production teams, etc.) to create engaging and high-quality content
- Work with Divisional CEO to take pulse of overall business activity to identify cross marketing opportunities
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media & communications, or related field
- Significant experience developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
- Data-driven marketing strategy with demonstrable results
- Eye for creativity and content creation
- Digital campaign management and optimisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
