Our client, a nationally recognised organisation, provides support and guidance to small business owners across multiple streams to enable growth and success through providing key business partnering.

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and phone support to potential members, existing members, and internal stakeholders. The role encompasses a combination of inbound and outbound calls, converting membership enquiries to new memberships, updating data records and general
administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting members with queries on member benefits.
  • Creating and maintaining member details in the CRM.
  • Processing membership/subscription changes, renewals, and cancellations
  • Performing member engagement via care calls to help members make the most of their membership
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming calls to assist members with queries and potential members enquiring about joining; answering questions and converting into a new member.
  • Following up of members with outstanding accounts
  • Preparing member welcome packs and updating details in CRM 
About You:
  • MUST have sales experience; ability to listen and recommend the relevant product/service to each potential member.
  • Experience working in a customer/member facing role.
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products.
  • Experience using and maintaining databases.
  • Experience resolving customer issues in a timely and empathetic fashion.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
