Job Description

We are recruiting for a Part-time (3 days per week) Customer Service Officer for a fast-growing, dynamic Non-Profit, based in Scoresby.

Working as part of a large and friendly team you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service, dealing with queries both on the phone and through email correspondence.

Please note this is not a 'call-centre' environment.

You will be given full training to support a range of people calling in with queries regarding financial plan management for people with a disability.

Working from home 4 days out of 5, you will receive equipment to enable you to do your job efficiently remotely. 

  • Mon-Friday, 9-5 p.m.
  • NDIS, WWCC, Police Check will all be required due to the nature of the industry
  • 6 months initially, with potential to extend
  • This position is based in Scoresby and you must have access to own transport
$29.24 per hour plus super. Starting ASAP.
