Job Description

Sitting in the Business Advisory Services (BAS) Division, this role will support the partners and the team with one to one support on all administrative tasks. 

The BAS division is made up of 5 teams who work in a collaborative environment.  The Division is the largest in the firm and work with clients who are from various industries, making the type of work varied and highly interactive with other Divisions within the firm.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively managing three partner diaries, organising internal and client meetings, team administration such as bills and timesheets, and arranging domestic travel;
  • Document management, mail management, and scanning;
  • ATO outbound calls to assist with client matters;
  • Managing all aspects of client corporate secretarial including incorporations, ASIC changes and maintenance of permanent files;
  • Corporate Secretarial Services including liaison with ASIC;

About you: 
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in professional services firms a plus and experience with MYOB AE an advantage
