Job Description

Currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist/Facilities Assistant for Temp cover in an elite financial organisation, based in Sydney CBD.
  • 6 month temp contract
  • Based in Sydney CBD
  • $36ph + super
Seeking a professional who can seamlessly transition into the role and ensure the smooth running of the reception and facility when needed. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues/teams
  • Answering and directing phone calls 
  • Managing and booking meeting rooms
  • Maintain security by completing logbooks and visitor badges
  • Ensuring internal meeting rooms are maintained, supplied, replenished and kept presentable at all times
  • Managing calendars
  • Assist Partners with diary, travel and timesheet management 
  • Ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
