This ASX200 listed business is a household name, they've recently began a finance transformation process which has uncovered numerous opportunities for process improvement.
The opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Analyst to join a specialist team outside of finance.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly performance reporting on internal costs
- Analysis on billings data
- Identify trends in costs to ensure tenants are charged correctly
- Analysis on utilities costs and spend by division
- Stakeholder management and business partnering to ensure data inputs are accurate
- Ensure commercial terms are met by key customers
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
To be considered for this role, you will have 3+ years experience in Billings/ Analysis/Reporting with the ability to work autonomously.
