The Company

Our client is a community services provider based in Queensland. They are experiencing a period of growth and are in need of a Rostering Coordinator & Administration professional to facilitate this. With a friendly and unique culture, their team strives to provide top level and individually structured community services to their participants. They are looking to bring on ambitious and results driven individuals who are keen to play a part in the ongoing success of the organisation.

The Role

As Rostering Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for publishing the roster for the entire service delivery team in line with relevant awards.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Filling shifts when required.
  • Maintaining rostering software on behalf of the organisation.
  • Work closely with the office team to complete ad hoc tasks.
  • Escalate rostering concerns to relevant managers.
  • Provide suggestions to management regarding rostering.
About You:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Rostering role, working with a complex award - preferably SCHADS.
  • A thorough understanding of common rostering/scheduling issues within an NDIS environment.
  • A flexible attitude and drive to be a part of a rapidly growing organisation.
  • Pro-active and willing to be a part of an extremely collaborative team.
