What will you do:
You will be working with Business Partner and your daily tasks will include:
- Extensive diary and email management
- High-level technical support: typing, formatting, reports, emails, letter file notes, agendas and minutes
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, diary organisation, reading and directing emails
- Travel coordination
- Use of SAP of raise bills, invoices, expenses, and weekly timesheets
- Coordinate meetings, events, catering and conference calls
- Ad-hoc research assistance for Partners and client service staff
- Assist and support other PAs and the wide Administration team
Our client is looking for a senior personal assistant who can seamlessly fit into their team and work collaboratively with business partners.
- Experienced in a similar role within Professional Services environment
- Excellent communicator, high energy and drive, pro-active, diplomatic, switched on and genuine
- Professional, ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be apart of a team in a fast pace environment
