Job Description

A listed large diversified business is looking for a contractor to advise on technical accounting and effectively review contracts from an IFRS 15 perspective for their SOX compliance.

CBD location
2-3 months
$60-75ph + super

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be required to review contracts from an IFRS 15 perspective.

Your key duties will include:

Collating data and relevant company information
Interpreting the standard and the changes required to comply with the standard
Forecasting the impact of the accounting standard on the financial statements
Assisting with year-end financial reporting and preparation of financial statements

To be considered, it is essential that you are degree qualified in accounting, commerce or similar and hold a CA or CPA professional membership. It is essential that you have worked previously interpreting IFRS, and ideally come from an Audit background.
