Job Description

Services-based organisation is looking to add a talented and motivated Bid Tender Writer to the team. With a true hybrid working model and working under guidance of a talented and supportive Manager, you will assist in managing the strategic initiative for the coordination of writing Bids & Tenders from end to end to ultimately win business. 
  • Offices based in Barangaroo
  • WFH Flexibility
  • $115k + super
The Role: 
To provide support to the GM to ensure the strategic initiatives within the business are planned and accomplished. Ensuring this person has a commercial understanding of the business.
  • Providing information and insights on to ensure business decisions are strategic and as a result of examining previous business patterns
  • Project management of bids and grants
  • You will work closely with the GM to ensure the success of the bid 
  • Monitor and track tenders
  • Tender writing 
  • Accurately record all tenders
  • Evaluating the operational performance of the company and make suggestions for it's improvement
  • Conduct research on market competitors and industry trends
  • Ability to prioritise 
  • Maintain a high level of confidence and step into a leadership role if necessary 
About you:  
  • Ability to understand and interpret business plans
  • Advanced communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proven negotiating skills
  • High level of confidentiality 
  • Commercial acumen 
  • Proven ability with financial information including P&L statements 
  • Advanced computer literacy inclusive of Excel and Word
  • Critical, lateral thinker
