- $85,000 - $95,000 plus Super

You will be responsible for ensuring the team members understand the in-depth complex content of superannuation, investments and pensions and are able to simplify this information for our members. Ensuring the staff have the required soft, process knowledge and technical skills to provide exceptional and efficient service to the customers and are able to navigate the systems effectively.
Accountabilities of role
- Support the Training Manager, deliver and assess training resources for group training sessions on product, process, and systems in line with best practise Adult Learning principles.
- Continually assess the effectiveness of training for processes, products, and systems, exceptional service, reporting your observations and recommending improvements
- Proactively assist and be available to frontline teams, supporting business Team Leaders optimise their team’s effectiveness and efficiency by deliver targeted and relevant training sessions/programs.
- Cross skill: train our staff across a range of complex business processes and knowledge in superannuation, pension and investment and insurance products (eg. Early Release, Insurance Claims etc). You will then overlay this by training them on multiple internal systems, risk controls, call handling and customer service skills.
- Training facilitator experience within the financial services industry
