Job Description

As an Account Manager in the Operations (Unit Registry) team you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational registry and reporting deliverables to both internal and external clients are met, in a timely and accurate manner.  

Your superb client relation skill will be utilised whilst managing client relationships from both a strategic and day to day tactical perspective.

Your role as Account Manager will be to:
  • Ensure that all operational registry and reporting deliverables to both internal and external clients are met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage client relationship from both a strategic and day to day tactical perspective ensuring coherence between client requirements and the service capabilities
  • Facilitate staff training and development
  • Understand the core offering and increase efficiency in the day to day processes
  • Provide auditing assistance during operational peak periods
Due to a global project, this role will be 10 to 12 months in length.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Knowledge of unit registry 
  • Knowledge of fund accounting concepts
  • Experience managing all aspects of a team and/or teams 
  • Experience experience in all aspects of client servicing
  • Excellent understanding of core registry processes
