- Preparation of monthly management accounts (posting journals, accruals) & EOM reports
- Balance sheet & general ledger reconciliation
- Preparation of BAS, FBT, PAYGW
- Manage inventory in sales CRM & point of contact for sales & service provider
- Weekly sales & multiple business KPI reporting
- Sales commission calculations & weekly tracking to sales targets
- Reconcile sales CRM, with booking report & GL revenue accounts prior to EOM
- Upload Xero GL to consolidated planning software & close periods
- Updates on revenue tracking to budget
- Adhoc reporting
- Reconciliation of monthly credit card statements
You will be a confident all round Accountant with experience in both financial and management reporting. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident partnering with senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
