In this position, you will oversee Accounts Payable and also provide administration support for the entire finance team. As part of the small, dynamic team you role will be varied so you will have a flexible, open-minded attitude.
Your responsibilities will include end-to-end Accounts Payable - invoice entry, weekly EFT runs, reconciliations, liaising with suppliers, maintenance of vendors in the system and providing training and support around AP for all staff. You will also manage the expense system, process bank reconciliations and contribute to the month-end reporting.
You will be an experienced Finance Assistant/Accounts Payable Officer, preferably from a stand alone environment. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across a business at all levels. You will have a strong work ethic, flexible attitude and have a proven ability to work independently within a small team environment.
