Job Description
Our client is a top-tier, renowned media company based in Pyrmont. They have a complex business and are searching for a new AP Officer to join their team due to a recent resignation. The role is paying $65k - $67k + super and is a permanent, full-time position.
The Role:
- Managing the full function accounts payable process for a set of suppliers
- Raising POs and three-way matching of invoices
- Communicating with suppliers / vendors to investigate discrepancies
- Managing the invoice approval process and initiating the payment run
- Statement reconciliations and related month end duties
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 4-5+ years of end to end Accounts Payable experience at large, complex companies
- Stable, consistent CV
- Experience with Vlookups and Pivot Tables in Excel
