Your responsibilities will include, however not be limited to;
- Processing claims
- Receiving calls/payment details
- Follow up of overdue accounts
- Review and approval of credit applications
- Liaise with with external stakeholders/outsourced services
- Other adhoc tasks as needed
You will be and experienced AR Officer outstanding communication skills -both written and verbal. Ideally you will have experience dealing with an outsourced service and have managed staff.
It is highly preferred that you have a relevant industry background from the consumer goods/fmcg or similar sector.
