You will support the Accounting team by assisting with accounts payable in invoicing and processing through Xero. You will also help with checking trade instructions against contract note instructions for managed funds. Communicate with custodians and brokers to assist them with any issues. You will also use Xero to process share trades, as well as inputting data into Excel. There will be a couple of days handover to train you in these tasks.
The right candidate will need to have a background in Financial Services and strong experience in administration and familiar with accounting system Xero. Basic knowledge of accounts payable and trade instructions is a bonus. You must be able to commute to the CBD and happy to work within a boutique environment.
