This sought after, top 20 ASX listed business has seen continued growth reflected in an increasing share price over the last 5 years. This company fosters a high performing culture without the long hours that other large listed business often have. This is a part time customer service position on an initial 6 month contract.
You will be an experienced customer service officer with a real drive for achieving internal and external customer satisfaction. In your role you will provide support to disputes/customer complaints area. Your role includes administration of Parking Infringement Notices assisting the AR team with managing drivers’ complaints, responding in a timely matter and other related tasks. Work closely with Ground Transport team and Customer Experience Team to ensure consistent messaging to the public.
You will be an experienced, hard working, enthusiastic and influential candidate who will add value to the team and their ever changing needs. You will have natural abilities to maintain high levels of attention to detail, solve problems and demonstrate initiative, be customer service focused and possess fast accurate typing skills, (minimum 80 wpm). You will be comfortable with repetitive tasks and and have a positive attitude when dealing with complaints.
Advanced word processing and formatting skills (both MS Word and PowerPoint) and strong communication skills are required for the role.
