Job Description

An immediate need has arisen for a temporary Admin Coordinator to join an international medical services company based in Macquarie Park. This is initially a 3 - 4 month contract with a potential option to extend.

The Role: 
  • Ensure efficient day to day running of the Assistance Centre platform and provide administrative support to Management as required
  • Creation of the roster and processing time-sheets 
  • Organising meetings, taking and distributing minutes, follow up on action items to completion, track attendees and invites, etc.
  • Processing all leave forms to payroll
  • Arrange and maintain a register of all appointments for internal meetings
  • Assist the team in all aspects of recruitment process as required
  • Provide administrative support to staff as requested
The Candidate:
  • Must have exposure to rostering/scheduling 
  • Minimum two (2) years administration/data entry experience
  • Extensive experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Visio
  • Experience organising meetings and rosters
  • Knowledge of general medical terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, yet professional demeanor and will feel confident working in a fast-paced environment; supporting senior-level stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
