Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a well establish professional services business to support the existing team of managers and directors.  The business is now in growth stage and require administration support for their fast paced environment.

The responsibilities will be diversified where no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to grow within the role as you take on more duties due to increased work. 

Duties will include but not limited to - 
  • Answering main line calls
  • Reception duties as required 
  • Management of our Client on-site process
  • Generating contracts 
  • Liaising with external clients on contractual matters
  • On-going maintenance of the CRM
  • SEEK and LinkedIn research
  • Assistance with organising functions & events
  • Assisting the Managing Director, Operations Manager and Finance Officer as required.
You will have a  strong background in administration and will be able to work autonomously within a small but progressive organisation. Strong computer skills and a customer service focus will be key in this role. Experience working in a fast paced environment is a must. But an ambitious and proactive attitude will be key to the hiring of this role. Professional services experiences would be looking upon favorably.
