Job Description

Our client, an established chartered accounting firm are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide support to their admin team and Directors.

The role is responsible for maintaining client files, lodging tax returns, greeting clients, personally assisting Directors with email management and calendar bookings. Reception duties will include collecting and distributing mail, answering phone calls, ensuring all staff amenities are stocked.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting clients, including reception phone duties
• Diary management, assisting directors, managers and team members
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and drafting correspondence
• Packaging Tax returns, BAS, SMSF and Financial statements
• Client onboarding
• Invoicing and processing payments
• Processing ATO correspondence
• Assisting with ASIC corporate compliance
• Maintaining Xero client database
• ATO and ASIC lodgements
• Administrative support to accounting team
• Liaising with ATO and ASIC
• General administration tasks including data entry, letter creation, scanning and filing as required
• Processing ASIC annual reviews
• XPM job management
• Tax portal management
• MyGov Correspondence
