Job Description

This eastern suburbs Medical Practice is a well regarded and established hospital, making it a leading Australian institute. One of their busiest divisions are seeking an experienced administration candidate to join their team immediately. 

The Role: 
  • Provision of reception duties for patients
  • Preparation of clinics and appointments
  • Coordinate typing of general correspondence, reports, submissions and any other administrative documents as required for assigned staff
  • Maintain departmental files and records
  • Management of patients electronic Medical Records
  • Management of patients’ paper Medical Records
  • Coordination of correspondence to and from the department (mail, email, fax and phone)
  • Provision of clerical duties as required by the Medical staff within the Department
  • Maintain departmental files and records
  • Co-ordinate specified meetings and events as directed including; booking of meetings, taking and distribution of minutes and relevant paperwork as required
  • Monitor and maintain administrative supplies within the department
The Candidate:
  • 3+ years experience within administration role 
  • Switched on 
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients 
  • Full-time availability 
  • Computer literate 
  • Strong communication skills
