Job Description
Our client is a fast growing technology start up business based here in Brisbane CBD offering a unique product to their global client base. Due to an influx of work and acquired contracts over recent months, they are requiring additional support in their administration team on a temporary basis until Christmas.
The Role
Some of the key responsibilities will include;
- Maintaining database for various teams
- Typing, filing, formatting, printing and binding of complex training manuals and documents
- Sending training material to clients
- Meeting and greeting visitors, setting up board room for clients
- Assisting the Directors with diary management
- Ad hoc duties as required and instructed by the Directors
The ideal candidate will have the below experience and attributes:
- 2-4 years experience as an Admin Assistant
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs
- High attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work with little supervision
- High level of accuracy
- Great written and verbal communication skills
