Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing business with a large national presence. They are currently seeking a full time administration assistant to join their Brisbane Office on a contract basis with the view to permanency. The role will primarily be responsible for the management of multiple properties.
Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact of the business.
- Processing invoices.
- Answering phone calls and responding to a high volume of emails efficiently and professionally.
- Raising work orders for any maintenance.
- Assisting with lease renewals.
- Deal with all property enquiries.
- Assisting with any maintenance issues that arise on a daily basis.
About you:
- You must be customer relation focused.
- Have great written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be highly organised.
- Have advanced computer skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- D365 experience is preferred but not essential.
- Available immediately.
